OverView

RG500Q series is a 5G Sub-6 GHz LGA package module specially designed for IoT/M2M applications. Using 3GPP Release 15 technology, the maximum downlink rate can reach 2.5 Gbps, and the maximum uplink rate can reach 900 Mbps. It supports 5G NSA and SA modes, backward compatible with 4G/3G, and supports Option 3x, 3a, and Option 2 network architectures. Compatible with Quectel Cat 12 high-speed module EG512R-EA pin-to-pin. It can meet customers' requirements for high speed, large capacity, low latency, and high reliability.
The RG500Q series includes two models: RG500Q-EA and RG500Q-NA*. Based on advanced IZat™ positioning technology (Gen9CLite), the RG500Q series integrates a multi-constellation high-precision positioning GNSS receiver that supports GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou, Galileo and QZSS positioning technologies, which can achieve faster, more accurate and more reliable Positioning, while greatly simplifying product design.
The RG500Q series has built-in rich network protocols, integrates multiple industrial standard interfaces such as USB 2.0/3.0/3.1, PCIe 3.0, RGMII, PCM, UART, etc., supports multiple drivers and software functions (such as Windows 7/8/8.1/10, USB drivers under operating systems such as Linux, Android, etc.), greatly expanding its application in the IoT and M2M fields, such as industrial-grade routers, home gateways, set-top boxes, industrial-grade PDAs, rugged industrial tablet computers, video surveillance and Digital signage, etc.
